File Server setup

I have my server up and running, but when someone tries to access it, they cannot see any files. I have tried enabling DMZ on my router and disabling my firewall, but ive had no luck. . .

Can anyone tell me how to rectify this problem?

If using the File Server Explorer, the user can press "REFRESH" twice, and should then be able to see your files
