First time running Everytime

Eversince I've installed this version of Invision I've had to load old settings because all my settings were lost and it loads with the "This is your first time running....." Message box. Any suggestions?

Thats a known bug with the settings routine not sure how to fix it but I know after some have reinstalled to a new directory and not imported settings it goes away.....
