You need to open up ports to be able to DCC chat and send. Ports 113, 59, 6060 and the no of ports needed to access your fserve and sends need to be open, say 4000 - 4010 and enter those first and last ports in Tools - Options - DCC - Options enter them in the DCC Ports. Also if u have XP Firewall this will need to be disabled or configured. Shows u how here :-

I had done that my ports are : 5001 1st and 5004 last
and i also already had my xp firewall off

and still stops at Acknowledging chat request...

Anything else i could try ?

Did U set your ports to send on those only under Mirc > Options > Dcc > Options list lited below ??
