Chanserv Menu Option Missing

Howdy. I am an SOP in a channel. I use to be able to highlight a person's nick on the right side, then right click and see a chanserv option. With this, I could add someone to the AOP list. I do not see this anymore in build 3515. Is anyone else having this happen?

Double Check that u have Enable Auto Load Dalnet Mod and Force Dalnet Mod in your Main Settings Filtering / Nickserv TaB checked Tab checked. Or u can try to /load -rs System\Remotes\dalnet.mrc

Bingo! That was it. I had them disabled since I am not on Dalnet.
