Accepting File....................connection failed.....

This happes soooooooo often since i got the recruitpack2003c. Can anyone tell me why? everything in the DCC is set correctly, like i say it says ......accepting file..just times out(connection failed). I ran the Invision port scanner ::::::

when i looked at the "common ports" all of thesea nd about a 6000 more came up, are they things that are there and "blocking" my ports for usage, or is this like "test criteria"? Is there anyway to clear my ports completely, somone suggested restarrting pc, did that and the same......... any way i am using NIS2003, but it configures itself so i dont believe that to be the problem. PLEASE, can someone help me with this...It worked fine when i was just using Mirc, now this.....please help!!

U should scan for Viruses on like Norton or Mcafees web site then once your system is cleaned IF its infected then you should install a firewall to block ports that are not in use.... After all that u should Install a clean version Of Mirc 6.12 and Invisions Newest Build 3515.. Let me know how U get along ........... The reason I say to scan is that I have never seen that many results from Just runing the Invision POrt Scanners
