Q. What do the symbols in front of some of the nicks mean ?
A.
!MadeAsy - ! symbol is used on some nets and shows that the people
with the symbol are the founders or creators of that IRC Channel you're
on or if it is in the network channel then they are founder of that net.

@MadeAsy - @ symbol stands for channel operator they have control
over the channel your on

%MadeAsy - % symbol mean that person is a half operator or "Half Op"
they have about the same control as an @ does but it is limited, Most
channels use this to show some one is on track to become an @ or if
they were an @ they have been bad and been demoted.

+MadeAsy - + symbol stands for voiced. Most channels show voiced
users as servers and other show it as a sign of gratitude.
