Fserver Connection

hi guys i just setted up my fserver i know the settings are al correct following the common INvision tutorial now XP FIREWALL DISABLED, NO ROUTER but still

"WAITING FOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT

UNABLE TO CONNECT

DCC SESSION CLOSED"

WHY?

after that are u on cable or DSL some DSL modems need to be configured to work, u said XP firewall is diabled what about any third part firewall say PC cillian Nortons Syegate if still having problems need to get you into a channel where people can go through the common setup steps with you
