Fserv problems.......

Ok a couple weeks ago I had an fserv and it worked perfectly. But last week I had to format, so I had to setup my fserv again. Now i've set it up EXACTLY as it was before, but now whenever some one trys to log on they get:

Acknowledging chat request...
-
Unable to connect
-
DCC session closed

And then that's it. Anyone know what's wrong and what I can do to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are u running XP ? or have u setup a router? If so then you need to configure them visit http://www.ircmadeasy.com/troubleshooting.htm if u need referance on how to do it, But is sounds like a firewall problem Specialy if it worked before and not now
