Filtering Question ...

Hi,

Is there any way to filter unecessary text while in a channel? For example, I'd rather not see all the nick changes and statuses of people coming or going.

seeing or not seeing them is a part of basic mirc
goto mirc's options(Alt+O) then the IRC part and click the button that says 'Events..'
you can hide joins, parts, modes, nickchanges and other stuff in that
