Disconnects

Hi
I get disconnected on all servers after every hour give or take a minute.It says [10053]Software caused connection abort.This has been going on for about the last two weeks,and I have not changed any settings.I uninstalled mIRC and updated to latest version of Invision just last nite,and this problem is still here.Does anyone have any suggestions or tweaks I can do to fix this

I'm not sure if this will help but I have received a few msgs like that. If I remember right, it's usually when i am connected twice to the same network (ie undernet or efnet under two different nicks). As any of the invis-heads will tell you, it is generally not advised to connect twice and causes lots of problems...

there was an answer to this a while back, so i'm doing this from memory. i believe that there is nothing that you can do with it. its just your connection to the network is losing data packets, so mirc identifies you as not connected anymore, so it disconnects. but if it happens so often, i have no idea wats wrong cuz it happens to me too, but not that often.
