Ban/kick (Channelbanlist)

After banning some ppls .. i got that failure:

ERROR478: #channel *!*oodoobean@*.sd.sd.cox.net Channel ban list is full

Where is that list... and where can i put up the limit (is now 25) ?


2. Problem
Under User Manager :
if i ad ops or voices in that list.. after every reboot of computer
that informatios are gone

only the dcc bann list not.

To answer your first question.
That list is on the server you are connected to, so you can't do anything about it, except removing old bans.
I have no answer to your other question.
