how to disable the Dclk Nick Repond?

how do u disable it so it wont ever be on when i join a server im sick of turning it off over and over again i want it removed from the script its pointless

type /server n to get the default server settings for all networks, whatever changes u make in here will apply to every network u go to from there forward, uncheck dclk nick respond.
