Can I transfer settings from one server to another?

Add the new server to the same network group as the others in mIRC Options -> Connect

How? When I click on add, even when 'Newnet' is highlighted in the pull down window, it adds the new one to the 'All' list. Am I missing something? And will I lose my settings from the new server that I am trying to add?

You have to type the name in the Group field.
The name you should use is the name you see in the Invision menu a few lines down, when any window with valid settings is active
