canot save Fserve Settings

First time thru setup of fserve had no problems. Wanted to change some setting but could not. Restarted mIRC and previous settings only partially there. Some reset to defaults. Also noticed that I can stop FTP Ad and requests but next time I login they are back. Seems like none of the settings are saving properly and have punched that save all settings buttons so many times I think i wore it out.

Any ideas
