Message Filtering

Hi there, I've searched the forums but I may not be searching on the right topic. I would like to simply filter out the xxx has joined and xxx has parted messages from the channel windows but I cannot seem to find any options to accomplish this. Does anyone happen to have any idea how to do this?

If you don't want to see join/part messages, go into mIRC's options (Alt-O) and go to IRC and the click the Events button. Change Joins and Parts to Hide and they won't show anymore.
