The warning is telling you that you are running an unknown script and serves as a warning in case you don't realize that you're running the script. You can go into Main Settings and disable the check or add those scripts to the safe list.
You can find me at #Invision on irc.irchighway.net or #OldGames on irc.undernet.org if you need me for anything.

this is an old post, but today is the first time i tried adding xdccklipper to immune settings to see if it works but it dont seem to do anything
i added
xdccklipper.mrc, xdccklipper2.mrc, xdccklipper3.mrc, searchengines.mrc
to, invision main settings/ protection/ immune scripts
im using invision 3.1.3 and mirc 6.35,
is there any reason for this not to work
the only thing i see is like the other poster said that they show up as: XDCCKL~1.MRC, XDCCKL~2.MRC, XDCCKL~3.MRC.
in the immune box, is this the problem i wonder
its not really somthing that bothers me, i can handle a couple of warning at startup
but i thought i should bring this up incase its a bug or somthing that could do with fixing

what about the ))) at the end
the original line has 3 brackets, (you have 4 on yours)
if i edit the line to the new code should that then have 2 brackets at the end, (you have 3 on yours)

also i changed the code to the new code, i changed it and pressed ok and restarted mirc
i suspect this might not be the best way to do it has im getting this

> Script Corruption Check —I-n-v-i-s-i-o-n—
> Found 1 of the 24 native script files to be corrupted or changed: imaindlg
> ScriptGuard Report «27 script pages loaded»
> ---WARNING--- Script xdccklipper.mrc is loaded and not a native Invision script page ---WARNING---
> ---WARNING--- Script xdccklipper2.mrc is loaded and not a native Invision script page ---WARNING---
> ---WARNING--- Script xdccklipper3.mrc is loaded and not a native Invision script page ---WARNING---
> ---WARNING--- Script searchengines.mrc is loaded and not a native Invision script page ---WARNING---

i tried it with 3 brackets at the end and 2 brackets, and still same crorruption check

Yes, it should have been 3 in the original and then 2 in the fixed version. I copied it wrong. I fixed it above.

You will still get the warning about that file being changed because you changed it. That requires editing CRC values, so for that you'd need to wait for the next release. That's separate from the ScriptGuard check for other scripts that are loaded and you have the option to disable that check and leave the ScriptGuard check enabled if you want to. Just disable ScriptCheck.

As long as you no longer see the ScriptGuard warnings that say a script is "not a native script", then you did it correctly.

Note that you do have to remove and re-add the scripts to ignore after you make the change.
