message in active window

When i get on queue on a bot and the bot is noticing me (at least I think its a notice command) the message will only appear in the channel that the bot is in and not in my active window even if the active window is on the same server. How do I make it be on the active window? and also for the sake of knowing can I make it be in a separate window?

If you have the latest patch (September'07), you can choose where /notices appear. You can choose active window from there. Right now, only server notices can be placed in a separate window, but you can put that on the feature requests forum if you think it would be useful for normal notices.
