Crashing on connect

it is in c:/invision, and I also installed it all together from the download from this site. I am also in the admin login, still doing same. I dont know what is up, I had an older version (of invision) and bought new drives, reinstalled Vista and then downloaded new version (of invision) and now it runs fine I can do everything I need to do, but when I try to connect and it does connect it causes windows to pop up a box that says

Ok. I would suggest trying to first just disable all of Invision's settings, no matter what they are. Then try and see what happens. It's possible that a setting is causing you the problem.
