enabeling voice speech in invision

Hello,

Would someone be kind enough to help me make a script for voice speech to be heard in a channel that i use. What i want it to be like is something when you start up invision you get to hear a voice say:

"You Have Entered The Channel"

"You Have Been Opped"

These i hear already with invision, but what i need is something that will trigger when a certain person enters the channel, maybe from there IRC address also the same when they leave the channel.

For example when someone enters the channel i want to hear:

"Mike has entered the channel"

and if he leaves / parts or quits i want to be able to hear this:

"Mike has left the channel"

I have all the sound files which i got from: http://www.research.att.com/projects/tts/demo.html

with these i want to put these in a folder so they are seperate from the rest and if i use anymore then i can just add them to it, and with the script i need it so that all i need to do is add another line of text if i add another person.

Also for my own nick id like it to say instead of "You have joined the channel"
id like it to say "Welcome to channelname here" but only for the channel that i have joined other channels id like it to say what it says by default in Invision which is "You Have Joined The Channel"

The reason for this is so if im away from the channel then i will be able to hear when a certain person joins instead of looking back and forth to see if they are in the channel or not.

Im a total noob to this so any help would be greatly appreciated.
