No Buffer Space Available

Postby Soundstorm » Sat Apr 02, 2005 12:38 am

Greatings,

I have a problem, look at this:

10:35am - *GabberMP3[SeN-17568* ** Sending you pack #1 ("VA_-_Explosive_Car_Tuning_7-2CD-2005-KTMP3.tar"), which is 186MB (resume supported)
10:35am - *GabberMP3[SeN-17568* ** Closing Connection: Connection Error, Try Again (No buffer space available)

What can be the problem, i have no firewall, and i installed mirc 6.16 first, and then invision 2 build 3515

I left all the settings just as the are

Can anybody help me with this, because i had no problems a month ago

That's a strange error on a download, but often buffer space errors refer to having your mIRC buffer set too high for your computer to handle. The setting is in the mIRC options under Other. 5000 or less is good for most people.

Otherwise, it could simply be a memory or hard drive space issue.

If it's doing the same thing in plain "vanilla" mIRC, then you may be better off asking in the mirc.com forums. I wouldn't recommend telling them what you're downloading or you aren't likely to get help. Stick to saying it's pictures from a friend or whatever.
