is it possible to txt ignore but not ctcp ignore a user

is it possible to txt ignore but not ctcp ignore a user?
if i get an ignore notice for text flooding from a user, does it completely ignore anything coming from that user like ctcp? is it possible to only text ignore a user but not ignore other types of transfers like notices and ctcp from that same user?

There isn't an automatic ignore for text flood that only does channel/private at this time.
