cant put up my fserve

here's my problem:

when i wanna press on file server manager button to enable my fileserver (witch i have to put up first but that's easy), it says: * /splay: unable to play 'C:\PROGRA~1\mIRC\invision\themes\sounds\default\dopen.wav' (line 1249, ialias5.mrc)
