Is it a bird? Is it a plane....

Nope I think its a bug :( . For the last several months I have run an fserve using Invision with no problems at all, I am by the way on mIRC 6.16, and Invision v2 build 3515, about two weeks ago just all of a sudden out of nowhere, the fserve just stopped working. It finished up a send and I noticed that there were no queues behind it, which is majorly odd!! so i got to checking, and people could access my fserve and browse the files, but could not get or get in the queue. so i started checking some things and i could manually send, that was not a problem, I went thru all the settings with a fine tooth comb, and could not find anything wrong. so i formatted the pc(a format was due anyhow) and reinstalled everything, and whaaa laaa it worked perfectly, until today. the exact same thing happened. my queues were full, the sends were chugging along and just out of nowhere the queue list got to the last one and nobody was getting back in line. I unstalled both irc and invision and reinstalled with the same problem. I went to excursion and it worked fine, but i dont like that script at all..so I installed invision again with the same problem. this is the only message that I am seeing:
[7:35pm] <Ignite> Current Queue Status:«0/20» Your Personal Queue Status:«0/2»
[7:35pm] <username removed> dir
[7:36pm] <username removed> get filename removed.mpg
[7:36pm] <Ignite> Sorry but due to abuse, this file server uses an Anti-Camp Policy. Since you reached the maximum number of personal queues this session will automatically close in 30 seconds.

as you can see the file does not go to them, and even if i do a manual send, this person should go in a queue, but it does not, any help would be greatly appreciated?
