Ok, I have been able to recieve and send files up until today. Not sure why it all of a sudden stopped. I have gone as far as disabling the IGNORE function for DCC, restarting and still can't get anything recieved. I am not sure if this has anything to do with the little screen that popped up offering to resolve a NAT problem or not. If this is the problem, where can I get that screen to pop up again? Please advise.

do you have a router?
Are you on dsl?
Have u tried Installing Plain Mirc from http://www.mirc.com and see if that works please let us know
